Tesco Mastercard - Faulty "Balance Transfer" fees on latest statement

I have a Tesco Mastercard - which I believe is administered by RBOS.
The most recent statement included 2 Balance Transfer fees, each of £5.00, each attached (ie same transaction reference number) to a purchase. There was also an interest charge on the account (only 4 pence, but we pay this card off in full so its a bit unusual).
A query with the CC helpline discovered that they have "a substantial number of customers" who have been affected by an error in their systems thus charging you a balance transfer fee against a number of transactions. The interest was charged against the £10 fees.
In our case these transactions were being reversed.
However it could be worth other Tesco and maybe RBOS customers checking their statements, and ensuring that any erroneous fees are canceled off.
[Incidentally it took ages to get through to someone - much longer than normal. I assume their lines had been clogged by people finding extra charges... then again this problem was apparently new to the guy we talked to - had to go off and check things out]
Nigel.
