The Promoter:

The Promotion:

The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of Arriva, its affiliated companies, agents or other persons professionally connected with the Promotion.

The Promotion commences on 27/07/2015 (‘Start Date’) and finishes on 31/08/2015 (‘Closing Date’), being the ‘Promotion Period’. The Promotion will run until 60,000 ‘Plays’* are completed or until the Closing Date, whichever comes first.

*A Play will allow up to 1 attempt at revealing 3 matching symbols in one online session.

How to participate:

All valid participants must provide a valid name and email address to participate in the Promotion. A participant may only play the Promotion once. A Play will allow up to 1 attempt at revealing 3 matching symbols in one online session.

In order to win, the participant must match three (3) of the same symbols from the nine (9).

If the participant is not successful in revealing 3 matching symbols, they will then be automatically entered into an additional Free Prize Draw (‘Draw’) for the chance to win £250 worth of high street shopping vouchers.

If a participant abandons the online session before the Play is completed, their participation will be deemed completed and they will not be able to complete the Play at any time in the future. They will however be entered into the Free Prize Draw ("Draw") for the chance to win £250 worth of high street shopping vouchers

By agreeing to take part in the Promotion the participant agrees to receive follow-up emails from Arriva relating to further offers and/or promotions. However, any recipient of these emails can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Prize Provision:

There are 60,000 prizes available to win: 40 x holidays, 200 x bikes, 400 x Connect 4 games, 1000 x Days Out, 2000 x Meal vouchers, 2000 x food hampers, 2000 x Jenga games, 52,360 x £10 shopping voucher. It is acknowledged and agreed by the participants that some of the prizes may not be claimed.

Only one win per person is permitted. Once a participant wins by matching three (3) of the same symbol, their play will be deemed finished and they will be awarded that prize. As one prize is allowed per person, they will not be entered into the Draw or have any more attempts to win an additional prize.

Winner selection/how to claim:

All winners of the Promotion will be contacted, using the email address provided, within 10 working days of winning a prize.

Unsuccessful participants will be automatically entered in the Draw, which will take place within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion and will be carried out under the supervision of an independent third party. The subsequent winner will be notified within 10 working days of being selected.

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Draw. If a winner does not respond within 1 calendar month of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another winner.

Names and counties of residence of winners will be available upon request after the 30/09/2015 by writing to the Promoter, marked “Winners List – Arriva Summer campaign promotion, 2015”.

Restrictions:

By taking part in this Promotion, the participant is deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and agrees to be bound by them.

The promoter will only enter into correspondence by email with the valid email address provided by the participant. There will be no correspondence entered into with third parties or alternative email addresses.

Individuals who attempt to circumvent the systems running the Promotion, or use multiple email addresses to play more than once, will forfeit their right to claim any prizes, of any type, for the duration of the Promotion.

By entering the Promotion, participants agree to take part in any publicity relating to the Promotion if invited.

Prizes must be accepted as offered. No alternative prize will be offered and there are no cash alternatives.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.

If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.

If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Terms and Conditions herein are governed by UK Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.

All intellectual property rights in this Promotion are owned by the Promoter.

It says "IN ONE ONLINE SESSION" - this COULD mean ether a one shot only or any number of online sessions
