There are 15,000 prizes available to win: 10 x holidays, 50 x bikes, 100 x Connect 4 games, 250 x Days Out, 500 x Meal vouchers, 500 x food hampers, 500 x Jenga games, 13,090 x £10 shopping voucher. It is acknowledged and agreed by the participants that some of the prizes may not be claimed.
Only one win per person is permitted. Once a participant wins by matching three (3) of the same symbol during any of their attempts, their play will be deemed finished and they will be awarded that prize. As one prize is allowed per person, they will not be entered into the Draw or have any more attempts to win an additional prize

Is anyone else getting a message (in both Firefox and IE) saying 'You've used up all your attempts' without playing it at all?
I think I did refresh when the page was loading though, so maybe that's what messed it up if no one else has found the same.
I imagine "refresh" would count as "abandoned"If a participant abandons the online session before the 3 attempts are completed, their participation will be deemed completed and they will not be able to complete any remaining unused attempts at any time in the future. They will however be entered into the Free Prize Draw (“Draw”) for the chance to win £250 worth of high street shopping vouchers.0
