Tesco Mobile Contract Not On Credit File

My dad has a Tesco Mobile Contract, which he's had and paid by direct debit for over 2 years. It is a SIM Only Contract and is only £7.50 per month. A recent check on his credit file with Experian and it is not showing up.
I would have thought mobile contracts would show, no question asked.
Whom would I need to write to at Tesco to query this further?

yup myns on equifaxDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
