NUS Extra coupon code?

i wanna buy the NUS extra card, was wondering if theres any coupon available to buy the card?

Lloyds TSB are giving away a NUS Extra card with their student account this year, there are also some other freebies, although you will need to make sure this is the best account available for your needs.

This is what annoys me........we are students but yet they charge us for a discount card which we have to renew yearly. It's not like we are made for money!

My course started in March and they only gibe cards til oct, didn't tell us til we had paid for it!

You have to pay £10 for an extra card and some colleges still do the free ones, but most universities don't give you a choice. Mainly because they get commission for the amount they sell so they get more money - I know it sucks!

if anyone pays attention-

the only relation between the union and the card is the name.

nus allows a company to sell the card. so they have to make money by selling them.

You should still be able to get the free card - democracy card- as well as the Extra card with the discounts. The democracy card will entitle you some discounts, but most have been negotiated for the Extra card. Ask yor union for info.

Universities & colleges do get a cut of the £10 for the Extra card.
