I recently cllaimed for a mis sold bank package (Lloyds) - I was told they have until 23/8 to contact me regarding this which they havent as of yet. Has anybody else dealt with lloyds and how prompt are they normally. Just thought Id of heard back by now.

Complaints can vary in time. However, the banks are typically slower at the moment due to sheer volume.
