A two night stay for two at the ultimate ‘lifestyle’ hotel on Italy’s romantic Amalfi Coast with transfers from the nearest airport and return flights to Naples International Airport and a Missoni Home beach bag.

Don't understand how you enter. I've voted but no entry form comes up. Does each vote count as an entry?

You will have entered your details to validate your vote. That counts as your entry. There are 15 categories, and I can't find anything to say whether each vote in each category gives you a vote. My own guess is that you will have been given one entry no matter how many categories you vote in.
