I have now added my appeal to the POPLA decisions thread.

I have also sent an extensive letter of complaint to both of those recipients ([EMAIL="aos@britishparking.co.uk"]aos@britishparking.co.uk[/EMAIL] and [EMAIL="david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk"]david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk[/EMAIL]) and will update on here if the outcome is worthwhile. Thanks for the advice on this issue. If it would be valuable to post my letter of complaint on here in full then let me know.
