Help identifying fitment for elderly alloy wheels

Hi,
I know that there's a wealth of knowledge and experience on the forum and would be grateful if anyone would be able to help..

I have been volunteered to help a family friend dispose of a set of old alloy wheels (via ebay), at first I thought this would be an easy task as I was told they were "classic" (70's/80's) Ford fitment - however, the owner has never had them fitted and my initial investigations show that they are not Ford fitment. I have measured the PCD as 4x130 which would point to air cooled VW or old Skoda (maybe some Lancias?), however, they are only 13's, so I guess unlikely to be VW (from memory these came with 15's as standard), unfortunately they seem to have a small centre bore which would be incompatible with Skoda/Lancia, anyway, the key details are:
Make: Exacton
Diameter: 13"
Width: 5.5J
Offset: .75
PCD: 4x130
Centre bore: 60mm (ish)

Quick google suggests 4x130 is not uncommon as a trailer/caravan PCD, too. I can't find a measurement for the centre bore on Estelles (not least because wheels didn't tend to be hubcentric back in the day, locating on the bolts instead), but that seems the most likely to me.

I'd think RetroRides would a good place to ask - if anybody's going to come up with some wierd and obscure fitment, they will...

Thanks, though I thought (and your links seem to confirm) that Hillman shared a PCD with Fords of the time? (4 1/4")

Rootes may have used 'em on the Avenger, but they were a fairly popular aftermarket wheel. They'd have been available in a range of fitments.

    Indeed.

Though they're what i immediately associated them with.

I'd say they could sell to a Hillman avenger owner because of the affiliation with the Tiger

And that 4x130 is a Hillman fitment.

You sure about that? I'd have expected them to be an imperial PCD, and a quick google says 4x108 - 4x4.25"
