123 Direct Debit

Hopefully somebody can answer this for me?

I have a 123 account on which I earn max interest. I have had the two direct debits set up for over a year both of which are paid every month.
Next month one of the direct debits will not hit the 123 account but will continue again the following month. It will remain set up and the details do not change.

Will I lose any interest for the month or will it still be considered "active"?

The DDs don't need to pay out, just remain 'active' as you put it, in order to receive interest.

If an account requires DDs to pay out each month, ie with Club Lloyds (for 4% AER interest) and Halifax (for the monthly £5 Reward), it will clearly say so in the account T&Cs. Santander 1-2-3 has no such clause in the account T&Cs.
