He's Greek. He fluctuates between wanting to open a Greek take away or looking for jobs that pay well with no qualifications needed. As well as free parking, screwing the dhss and whatever other idea he can come up with to get money with little effort

OP, if have done a little bit of homework, you would know, that to earn above 40k a year in NHS you need to be band 8.
It means, you will need to have a degree and be a higher level manager. Look at NHS jobs for band 8 jobs and you will see, what kind of qualification and experience you will need to be/have to achieve it. Good luck with that, there is a lot of work ahead...
