PC keeps restarting, windows detected err

It is becoming a pain now, pc keeps restarting saying Windows has detected some error, no description, nothing, what can it be?

    Restart the computer and keep tapping the F8 key. You should be presented with a list of options on how you want the computer to boot.

    I did that, it came back with the options but 'start windows normally' was highlighted. It says press 'enter' to choose, I do that but it stays on 'start windows normally' and the loop continues.

    Or, less cynically and less amusing, use the cursor keys to highlight start in safe mode! Then press Enter.

    Did you not think I would have tried that?

    I cannot select the safe mode, I am now going to change the keyboard and see what happens.
