Suspicious files?

Just did a scan with Avast and it said two files could not be accessed.
C:\$Windows,~BT\....11252_596032657.back.xml
C:\$Windows,~BT\....11312_596062500.back.xml
I did a scan with MSE which said some files could not be accessed, but they didn't give details.
MBAM gave no irregular results, just no items detected.
Any idea what these files may be and if any action needs to be taken?
Thanks guys

Do you have any Apple software/apps (eg. I-Tunes, Apple store, Apple pay) installed?0

I'm in the "sticking with Win7 for now" camp anyway.

Yeah, that's them. Have done a disc clean and everything is back to normal now.
I will no doubt take advantage of the free upgrade, in time. I just want to see how things progress. I'm very happy with my Win7 system and have plenty of time to decide.0
