No, but you may be eligible for financial help under the Low Income Scheme.

If you were entitled you would have got an exemption card. Even with wtc it depends on income. Think it was around £15000 a year.

Even though i don't have to pay to see the dentist, i do have to pay to see the Hygenist, so always check exactly you're getting.
