touch wood for the last 2 sales M&S have had i've had no problems.

debenhams are the ones i wont shop online with again lol

I ordered stuff with them, I had to do it over the phone coz it wouldnt take my staff discount, everything went through fine then my delivery was a no show, so I phone them to be told that my order hasnt apperaed they say "oh we cancelled it coz the stock wasnt available" I get a £10 gift voucher for my trouble which they posted out to me a few days later plus my good colleagues manage to get me the stuff I ordred at further reductions so I sort of made out it in the end : ) lol

It swioll be selcted departments, basically they will be getting rid of the rest of theuir summer stock and anything new thats possibly not selling as well as it should.

I'm still waiting for things I ordered on July 19th...I haven't given up hope yet, two pairs of knickers arrived yesterday!

sounds like to jme their sending you out items that others have returmned or dregs from the stores are being sent to the online warehouse.

I had a £25 voucher after not getting my order from the last on-line sale!
Managed to buy a couple of things instore cheaper, but very frustrating.
