Shop Direct catalogue PPI claims

Can anyone tell me if Littlewoods group/Shop Direct are honoring PPI claims - threads on this forum from 2012 seem to say people have had a lot of hassle.
I have found I had a Peter Craig account from 2007 but all i have is last four digits of account number from a credit report and have no idea if i was actually paying PPI, but people were saying they are terrible for stalling or fobbing off. Should i contact Shop Direct first or Littlewoods?
Thanks for any tips or experiences with them! Any contact details for their PPI claims?

It can't harm anything if you call and ask them. I would do that first.
If you have a spare tenner, you could submit a Sar request and ask for all info they hold on you, not just account number etc. Mark the envelope, DSAR request and send it to Littlewoods.
