Advice on Bank Account for student with scholarship?

Hi guys
I have accepted a phd position with scholarship. Frens could you please advice on bank account for Postgraduate students(>25) who also receive some stipend/scholarship, I may save some money.
Can a full time student over 25yrs can avail All the benefits of student account like credit? rail card? amazon? etc.
Can I have account with two banks two avail benefits of both banks?
