Assistance with Parking Charge Notice

I have this morning received a parking charge notice for £100 from a firm called ParkingEye.
It suggests my vehicle was picked up driving into the Staff car park and leaving only minutes later. The driver of the car remembers waiting for a space to become free before realising that there were signs indicating this was a 'staff' zone. They then proceeded to another part of the car park and paid for a ticket.
Please advise of the best course of action to appeal this. Thank you in advance for your guidance, it's greatly appreciated.

And in your appeal, mention that the BPA AOS Code of Practice requires that you have a grace period in order that the driver can read, digest and then reject the Ts&Cs for parking and leave, which is precisely what happened.0

Thank you for your quick responses.
In the forums I've come across a couple of Parking Eye appeal template letters. Does anybody have access to the latest and greatest one that has worked for them?0 -
use the one in the NEWBIES sticky thread, everything you need can be found in or from that thread0

Please don't be under any illusion that an initial appeal will clear this all up for you. You are recommended to use the initial appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, as by using it word for word you won't be in any danger of making a wording error. What your objective should be is to acquire a POPLA code, where your second appeal (using forum examples as a framework) has every chance of success.
This is more of a medium haul flight for you than an EasyJet quickie to Alicante. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
