Cineworld Unlimited price increase - get a free month

Not sure if the right forum so apologies if it isn't.
Like many others according to Twitter, I was emailed about the 50p price increase for Unlimited on the day they debited the increased amount. According to their T&C, they have to give one month notice of price increases, so I got on the phone.
I know it's only 50p, but it's not right, and when I explained calmly that I wasn't impressed that they had breached their own T&C the guy told me there had been a technical error on their side, they were very sorry, and he proceeded to give myself and my partner a free month each without hesitation.
Worth a call if like me you got your email days before the money was taken (from what I gather, some people were charged the higher amount before the email came through).
