Hope someone can help. I haven't received an email saying I have moved over yet but today I received absolutely no junk mail at all....this is unheard of. I have tried logging onto my emails but the site doesn't seem to be working....any advice would be great please?
Thanks to all those fab compers who post:j:T

Mine was not working but has just switched over now. I do not like it at all, need to sort the spam part out. I have an gmail account and this could be the push for me to switch over.

  • Still just the one NTL account moved over for me and despite changing the spam settings to flag and send to spam box I'm still getting none... although I am getting more of what I would call junk coming into my normal inbox (lots of those fake "congratulations you may be eligible" type emails)
  • You have to flag it yourself i think when it arrives in your inbox to move it to spam

  • Was reading through all the complaints last night and yes sounds like I will need to do that for those I'm receiving in my inbox.. thanks

Flaggging spam does not work for lots of people, it disappears (not into the spam box) and when it refreshes with new emails the spam you moved just comes back in with it, a bit like the tide constantly dragging stones up the beach.

Mine has been changed and I'm now being bombarded with Spam e-mails into my inbox. mark them up as Spam and they just turn up again. Don,t know what to do. It's a rubbish system. I assume it's some newbie with a degree making a name for himself. Moving stuff over gradually to Hotmail which seems to staay pretty much the same.

oh not just me getting extra spam! I hate the new email layout/how it works it was much simpler and easier before they changed it, I have been marking the spam as spam too but it seems to be a never ending stream of spammy messages in my inbox.

Oh thank goodness it's not just me that: a) hates the new layout and email system, and b) is being bombarded with spam 24-7!

I turned off my spam filter, so I should be getting warts & all mail through, but I don't think I am - before the changes I was getting several phishing/!!!!!! emails per day going into my spam box, now they're nowhere - Virgin must still be using their own spam filter. I don't mind that as long as it doesn't catch any WEMs :spam:

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!
