Cold calls beginning 020 396281XX

Have had three calls from different numbers beginning 020 396281XX this week. One (...86) is apparently the Clean Energy Centre. I suspect the other two (...40 & ...45) are also call centres, but the company name(s) don't come up on internet searches yet.
You may wish to help your vulnerable friends and relatives block these numbers so they are not disturbed unnecessarily.

Cold callers use all kinds of numbers. I have had calls from 999, my own number , odd digit combinations and some that look real but aren't (ie 01, 02 ,03).0
