Do I really need a business bank account?

You've obviously looked into this already and, depite using a personal account for business being againt the terms and conditions you agreed to abide by, believe the bank won't notice anyway.
All you need to do now is close the newly formed limited company too. You won't be needing that either.
That'll save you the annual return fee as well as the time/cost of preparing company accounts to submit and all the other obligations that come with it.
