Hi. I had a loan in 2004 and had PPI on it but I shopped around and got the policy from a company other than the lender. Do I still have aclaim

You havent said what your complaint reasons are. So, we cannot comment on whether you have a valid complaint or not.

However, if you used a broker, then it is the broker that carries the liability for the sale. Most brokers were not regulated until January 2005. Yours is 2004. So, if that is the case and the broker was not regulated at the time with an earlier body, then they can reject your complaint as being pre-regulation.

Hi, i took out a contract hire lease on a Alfa Romeo back around late 2007 early 2008 with Fiat auto financial services, i am more than certain i might have been mis -sold PPI? can anyone give me some sound advice? maybe retrieve back dated statements from my bank, or otherwise. I would also need to know who would be the best people to call to follow up with my inquiries, as i am new to all this. Can someone help please! thank you.

Who arranged the contract hire lease, was this through a dealer?

How are you "more than certain you might have been miss sold PPI"

Do you still have any copies of the agreement? Was this business contract hire or personal?

Have you asked Fiat Auto Financial Service if you had PPI?
