Who to send letter too??

I am considering checking whether I was mis sold PPI on loan I took out in 1999 with NatWest. I have used the MSE open account template letter to find my original agreement. Now here is my stupid question, where do I send the letter too? Is it to NatWests PPI care department? Or is there another address that I've missed when reading through the step by step guide?
Thanks

You've missed the fact that if it's a closed account you cannot ask for the CCA.
You need the account number, if you don't have it, phone and ask them about it, but the likliehood is that they won't have access to an old account in which case you'll have to send them a SAR and £10 to see what info is left.
If they do have it, [are you really still paying back the loan after 16 years?] make your complaint over the phone, or fill in the questionnaire and send it to them. Look on their website for PPI complaints.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I'm not paying back the loan, but I do bank with NatWest and use the same bank account, so I'm assuming then that it's not an open account now? I'm not even sure I was mis sold it.0

Phone NatWest dedicated PPI helpline, they are based in Manchester with a Freephone number on the website under complaints. There's a strong possibility they will be able to locate this loan on their database especially if you can provide the actual loan account number. If your loan was set up as a single, upfront premium (most unsecured loans were) then it will probably get upheld.0

Unfortunately I don't have the loan details anymore, but I'll give it a try, thank you0
