Can anybody help? I have a citroen car still under warranty to my local Dixons, which has now closed down. I remember seeing the helpline when they first went into administration but now cannot find it to enquire what to do about the warranty.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

When you say still under warranty do you mean you bought it new with a 3 year warranty?

If so then the warranty is with citroen so you can just take it to any dealer

& if it's an insurance backed warranty, check the underwriters info, in the warranty policy document (the booklet you got, when you bought the car)

You still will have cover, if it's not Dixons own backed scheme.

& if you bought on finance, through them, the finance company will handle your repair costs - with a bit of a push!!
