Travel insurance when taking child's friend?

Does anyone know how to go about insuring a family of four plus dd's friend? All the sites I have been on want us to book as a family but then one child is not a relative so we cannot include her. We can't seem to book as a group either and we can't book her seperately as she is a minor!
People do this all the time so there must be a way around it!
I'm wondering if I will have to arrange it over the phone?
I had one telephone quote earlier but they wanted nearly £50 for one week in Europe (single trip, 2 adults, 3 children and no health issues, dangerous sports or anything like that) and with a £75 excess, which I thought was very expensive!!
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Try http://www.travel-insurance.net. They don't insist that the kids are related.
We got 2 Adults, 1 child + friend European cover for £32.50 for 15 days last year and, as I recall, it was the same price when I looked a few weeks ago.
PS. I have just checked and it's £24 for 2+3 for 8 days.0 -
Thanks zenmaster, I've just bought our insurance with them.
£24 is a much more reasonable figure!! :beer:0
