Well apparently their collection agents

will call you in the next 24 working hours to arrange a collection time and confirm payment details

Since the "offer [was] accepted".

7 days later no phone call.
I have to call their agents direct who say they've received the booking but not sure if they even want it and will get back to me. 3 days later I contact them again, they'll take it but don't know when, they'll contact me "tomorrow".... 4 weeks later not heard a peep.

Emailed scrap website complaining about their agent... 3 weeks later no reply.

Well thanks for messing me about. Useless bunch, both companies.

Say to them 'it's got high content gold trim' and it will be picked up within the hour.
