Aer Lingus strike 21/22 Aug

Sorry if this has been posted already, but just to let you know that they are on strike on tue 21 and wed 22 Aug.
They will let you change the flight for free or give you a refund. On the Aer Lingus site it says that if you booked through an agent you must reschedele with them. I booked mine through Expedia and emailed them asking what to do. They sent an email back saying they couldn't 'quote' me for an alteration via email and I should ring the premium no!!!! I called Aer Lingus instead and my flight was changed for free!
I've had to shorten my holiday by 2 days! What a pain.:mad:

The strike is connected to Aer Lingus' decision to transfer their Shannon - Heathrow routes to Belfast.
It is also unlikely to be the last industrial action over this and people should check in advance before booking any Aer Lingus flights.0
