New Govourment Isa?

Hi guys

Does anyone know when this starts and where you will apply, do you just go to your bank?

I am looking at saving for a mortgage with my partner to buy our first home hopefully next year so we have starting putting £250 each away each month but its just going into our joint saving at the moment.

I believe that these new isa from the govourment that if we both take out one each and pay £250 each then each one will get £50 each month into each one so therefore instead of putting in £500 into the current saving account a month we will be creating £600 a month the the two lots of £50 from the isa? I understand that we don't get this money unti will go for a house and then its a voucher for buying a house.
