if its a private company, please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the page0

It's not a fine, it's speculative invoice. Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES on how to beat this scam. Come back to this thread if you need more help.
Do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving. Appeal using the template in the aforementioned NEWBIES thread exactly as it is, making sure you do not let on who was driving.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You need to send a nice e-mail to Rochelle Bailey. She is the property manager that brought these parasites in and is getting it right in the neck.
She will most likely arrange to have the charge cancelled.

She can easily cancel these, and often does before the POPLA stage. If it gets to POPLA then PE will refuse to cancel even on her say so (long story but my previous posts tell the tale).
Do copy her boss in for good measure though - Mr Chris Grigg

You need to make sure your work don't have a policy of paying their drivers parking tickets and then simply deducting it from your wages! Please help been sent a parking fine for parking at woodfields retail park. never even knew there was a time limit parked there loads of time before.

Then if they haven't done so arrange with them not to do so.
You look to have missed the deadlines for appealing???
If so then read up in the newbies FAQ on what to do if/when they start court action. In particular also read up on the advice to company car drivers regarding revealing themselves to stop your employer getting the correspondence and maybe simply paying them off on your behalf.0
