Updated my goals slightly to add in the last 2.
Tracking everything on WW app will help massively with points 4 & 5.
Also I am so bad for continuing to buys loads of things I already own, like nail varnish. I have an orange OPI bottle that has been sat on my desk in work for I kid you not months so I am going to start using up all of my supplies. Will tackle this bottle first :rotfl:

I am so tired.
Plan is to go home, have a quick dinner then do 5k on my bike.
What I really want to do is eat the 2 krispy kreme donuts that are sitting in a box in work, go to the chippy on my way home then go to bed.

I ate the donuts.
Why am I so weak! Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?!?!?
God sake, I am my own worst enemy.
Back to square one tomorrow.

I feel your pain.
It is ok falling off the wagon diet wise Dolly so long as you get back on the following day. Keeping anything sugary nearby is a recipe for disaster.
I am sticking to strict diet until end Feb when I go on my Dominican Republic holiday with my sister who is a skinny minny. I don't want to look like a beached whale next to her so aiming to lose 2 stone to get down to 9 and a half.
I have done it before for my daughters wedding but it all goes back on as soon as I start eating biscuits and cake again. That is my downfall along with chocolate and wine. Lost 5 lb in 3 weeks so far. Hardest thing is my OH is as thin as anything and can eat for England and never put on weight. Going out for meals is a constant temptation.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Don't be too hard on yourself, Dolly. I would have eaten the donuts too. It's evil that they were there in the first place!:happylove0

I would have eaten them too. I don't think this time of year helps. Everyone I know is well fed but hungry all the time. Do not worry Dolly. It is all about the recovery. I don't like the thought of you giving yourself a hard time, I think you are doing brilliantly. xxx2017- 5 credit cards plus loan
