Made this up last night purely by mistake lol.
Cant make my mind up if it tastes like either of the both, but both would be just as nice wrapped up in flour tortillas served with lettuce ect.
In a bowl, lidded container or even a bag.
add around half a cup of flour plain or self raising.
Adjust these to your own taste , but this is what i added.
2tsp of paprika.
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 or 2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder.
a good dash of pepper (black).
Mix it altogether.
Add diced chicken, few bits at a time.
On your griddle pan (if not frying pan will do) add a small amount of oil on a low to med hot hob.
Add chicken turning often till cooked.

Fajitas would normally have the likes of peppers and onions with them, but roughly the same spices. I always start with a dash of tomato puree which gives the chicken a lovely colour then add chilli, crushed garlic, paprika etc to it and marinade the chicken.
If you're doing pork I think it would be better done in strips than chunks if you can.
This sort of thing also cooks well on a george grill, I always do mine on there. One day I might be more organised...........
