No facility to refund?

I'm in battles with lookfantastic.com at the moment and hoping someone can help.
I took out a 12 month beauty box subscription last week. When I realised it overlapped the one I'd just had finished I spoke to them and they said I could cancel and order again next month.
However, the duplicate box was sent out so I asked for returns information.
Long story short, they won't take the box back and my cancellation is pending as they said they have no way yet of cancelling a sunscription and refunding me.
Surely this isn't allowed? I thought I had a window where I could cancel online orders? I've tried to get them to cancel and refund everyday for a week now and still my cancellation is pending and no refund. It's £135 so d really like it back!
As for reordering, after this I don't want anything to do with them.

But if they can't cancel the subscription won't they then say I owe them money?
Apparently a manager was going to call me last night, they didn't bother

Just contact them and describe what you did
Not having a facility to cancel a subscription is not a reason to keep your money
