Hello, all
Great week last week. We were spontaneous with what we were planning to do, so spontaneous with food too. This is what we had:
Monday - Steak chilli, HG plum crumble
Tuesday - HG courgette and cashew korma
Wednesday - Chicken pie with HM puff pastry
Thursday - Pancakes
Friday - HG creamy courgette and parmesan pasta
This week we're planing, but this might change:
Saturday - Lentil and bacon soup; fish
Sunday - HM bread and cheese; Lamb ragout
Mon to Friday - Summer veg and goats cheese puff; Fresh tomato, olive and herb pasta; gammon quiche; pizza, salad and dough balls.
I’ll be feeding the Small Penguins a cooked lunch (omelette, toasted sandwiches, baked potato, pancakes). We're still picking loads of plums and apples from the garden.I've baked a sponge cake, fruit cake and *Rocky Road*.
