My 3 yrs old dell inspiron keeps freezing. Pressing ctr+alt+delete does not do anything it still does not respond but if I wait for a little then I can access task manager. I am thinking whether I should take it to a computer technician for a check up. I am using adware and ccleaner to keep it clean and also uses Kaspersky internet security. Can anybody help pl? Thanks

Try safe mode; how long do you have to use it before the symptom appears?
Or get a screen shot of task manager (ordered on processes -> CPU usage - highest first) if possible. "prt scn" is pastable into paint (for example). If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
