My 3 yrs old dell inspiron keeps freezing. Pressing ctr+alt+delete does not do anything it still does not respond but if I wait for a little then I can access task manager. I am thinking whether I should take it to a computer technician for a check up. I am using adware and ccleaner to keep it clean and also uses Kaspersky internet security. Can anybody help pl? Thanks

Try safe mode; how long do you have to use it before the symptom appears?
Or get a screen shot of task manager (ordered on processes -> CPU usage - highest first) if possible. "prt scn" is pastable into paint (for example).0 -
