Turning cookies in with IE

Having problems when paying with paypal with IE, it is asking me to turn cookies on and I haven't got a clue what to do? Thanks

Your cookies probably are on unless you disabled them.
When you use the site do you get a popup of bar asking to accept the cookie for that site?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I did not disable them. I think there is a problem with the registry, I have downloaded pcfixit to fix cookies error but it could not run properly. In the end I did a system restore and it is now ok. Thanks0
