As a general rule, people should be very cynical about any potential returns they might make from any trading, gambling, or investment opportunities. A natural sense of scepticism helps you keep your shirt while all around you are losing theirs.

    I agree, spot on

I’m intrigued… what rule do you think hasn't been followed?

I can see a healthy discussion... no rule breaking here!?!
The rule breaking post was deleted after I reported it. Not sure why the forum team decided to delete the post in it's entirity, but perhaps they thought you were a spammer or a shill. HTH & HAND :D
  • Maybe we're looking at a different set of rules, but I can't see anywhere stating links aren't allowed???

In fairness, the older site skin (which most of the regular users have opted to use) states very clearly at the top of every page "No spam/referral links", but you don't see this in the new (awful) mobile-friendly skin. However, it is still buried in the forum rules, under Posting on the forum -> Why do some forum boards have their own rules? -> Referrers :
Any referrals on any other forum boards will be removed when reported, as will links to the Referrers Board from the main MoneySaving boards.
This also includes members saying "Please PM me for the code" or "check my post on the Referrers Board". The overriding rule is that no advertising is allowed.
You should also note the other rules about posting referral links if you choose to do so where it is allowed.
  • Fair enough. I stand corrected! Sorry guys!
