What do you mean 'what do they see'?
Why asking? You're a LL? So evaluate what insurance you need and what Retguard offer in comparison to other rent guarantee policies.0 -

IVA's, DRO's and Bankruptcy records.
They may also make enquiries to see if you have CCJ's they'll see the dates, amounts, court and the claimants name and whether or not the CCJ has been satisfied. They could also see any High Court judgements.
They can't see your credit limits on your loans and credit cards or the payment history.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I no longer have a DRO but I do have a few defaults. The form is asking me to list my credit cards, do they get to see this information - credit card company, limit, balance etcDebt slowly coming down.[STRIKE] DRO off credit report July 2015![/STRIKE] credit history getting better!0 -

No none of that. The defaults won't be seen either.
Have a look at the example on the website...

thanks
makes me feel so much better about this whole process. I do this every time I rent somewhere, don't think I've used the same company twice. Last time I had a DRO so needed a guarantor thankfully that fell off my report last month
