The lucky winner will be selected following the closure of the competition on Thursday 20 August 2015 at 10am.

1. By entering the free prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. There is one prize of a Hot Air Balloon flight for two people.
3. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The prize draw is not open to those who are employees, agents or representatives of The Galleries Shopping centre, or their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any other person connected with this prize draw or members of their immediate families or those domiciled with such families.
6. Prize has no cash alternative and is non- refundable.
7. The prize is non-transferable and is only redeemable by the named winner and cannot be sold onto a third party.
8. The Balloon Flight will be subject to weather conditions. The pilot’s decision is final on grounds of safety and accumulative passenger weight. Alternative dates and/or balloon and crew will be given if flight is cancelled due to above or any other factors.
9. Children must be aged seven or over and at least 4ft 6in (1.4m) tall to ride in the hot air balloon. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
10. The prize certificate will be valid for one year after issue.
11. The winner will be selected at random (by an independent person) and will be notified by 25th August 2015 by telephone and email. If the winner/s has not responded by 9am on 7th September 2015, an alternative winner will be selected.
12. The Galleries’ Shopping Centre’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The Galleries Shopping Centre may require.
14. By submitting your entry to the competition you are agreeing to receive digital communications from The Galleries. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each email.
15. The winner’s details will be available for a month after the draw by contacting The Galleries Shopping Centre Management office.
16. The closing date for the competition is Thursday 20 August 2015 at 10am.
17. The Galleries Shopping Centre does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
18. The Galleries Shopping Centre reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
