1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is The Football Association Limited ("The FA") Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London HA9 0WS.
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering the Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entrants must be based in the United Kingdom and must be over 21 years of age on the Closing Date (as defined below). Employees of The FA, any FA Group Company or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
4. To enter the Prize Draw you must already be or become a member of the England Supporters Club, be signed in and click on the ‘Enter Now’ button on the Prize Draw page between the Opening Date and the Closing Date.
5. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
6. There will be one (1) winner of the Prize Draw who will be selected at random. The winner of the Prize will be entitled to four (4) general admission tickets to England v Estonia, taking place on 9 October 2015 at Wembley Stadium (the “Event”), a night at a Wembley hotel (room & hotel to be agreed at The FA’s sole discretion) with bed and breakfast supplied, a tour of Wembley Stadium voucher for four (4) people, and a Vauxhall Mokka 1.6 CDTI SE Start Stop Man – Summit White (the “Vehicle”)to use for 3 days (the “Prize”).
7. Maximum one entry per entrant and one entry per England Supporters Club membership.
8. Only eligible entries received between 09.00 GMT Tuesday 11 August (the “Opening Date”) and 17.00 GMT Tuesday 2 September 2015 (the “Closing Date”) will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries received after this Closing Date will not be processed.
9. All entrants into the Prize Draw confirm, by entering the Prize Draw, The FA may use any aspect of their entry for any reason (including but not limited to publicity and promotional purposes). Entrants automatically assign all rights in any entry to The FA. All entrants into the Prize Draw waiver any moral rights they may have in relation to their entry.
10. In order for The FA to provide the Prize, the winner must provide their home address when this is requested; otherwise their entry will be invalid. 11. To drive the Vehicle, the winner must have a valid UK driving licence and be over the age of 21.
12. The Vehicle will be delivered (with a full tank of fuel) to the winner at their home address to use for 3 days to drive to Wembley (part of the 3 day test drive programme to which terms and conditions apply).
13. The winner must sign the test drive programme terms and conditions and provide evidence of their vehicle insurance, together with producing a full and valid UK/European Union driving licence with identity in support in the form of a passport (i.e. where the driving licence is not a photo card licence) if required.
14. Delivery of the Vehicle will be at a time confirmed by the Promoter.
15. All other costs including, but not limited to, additional fuel; car parking; parking fines, parking fares and road tolls will be at the cost of the winner.
16. The FA does not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
17. The FA shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
18. The FA reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any entry which it considers does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw, including providing false or misleading information. 19. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.
20. The winner will be notified by email, at the email address provided with the relevant England Supporters Club account, on or before 17.00 GMT Friday 11 September 2015.
21. The winners must respond and confirm acceptance with The FA by 17:00 GMT on Friday 18 September in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not confirm attendance within that time period, another winner may be selected.
22. The FA has the right to select an alternative winner or substitute winner which shall be the next participant that is selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if: (i) a winner is ineligible to enter the Prize Draw (ii) The FA is unable to reach a winner within the timeframe outlined above (iii) the winner is unavailable to attend the Event or the winner does not accept the Prize.
23. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside The FA’s control, The FA reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Without prejudice to Clause 8, travel and accommodation are not included in any of the prizes and The FA accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize which are not specifically included in that prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, insurance and travel expenses in connection with the prize. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their prizes to any other person.
24. The Prize Draw winners agree to comply with the conditions of entry applicable at the ground/stadium at which any applicable game is hosted, and shall ensure that those attending with them do so. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by The FA may be excluded from the Prize Draw or required to leave any ground or stadium.
25. No winner can be subject to any Football Banning Order or equivalent court order and/or criminal conviction which restricts their ability to attend matches and/or makes them unsuitable to accept the prize. Any winner subject to such an order or conviction at the time of the match will not be able to receive the Prize and will be treated as having been disqualified from the Prize Draw. Such decision shall be at the reasonable discretion of The FA and will be final.
26. The FA will use the information that entrants provide to process the Prize Draw and if an entrant is a winner we may publish their name and town of residence on The FA website and we may require them to participate in publicity. The winner of any prize may be required for promotional activity by The FA. We may send entrants information from time to time about The FA Group and other related football matters and shall process your information in accordance with The FA’s Privacy Policy, which you are deemed to accept when entering the Prize Draw.
27. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Prize Draw except with the prize winners.
28. The FA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw, not being able to enter into the Prize Draw or accepting any prize. The FA further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The FA for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of that party's negligence.
29. In no event shall The FA or its Group Company’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the price of the Event tickets. Without limiting the foregoing, this Prize Draw and the Event tickets are provided "as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
30. The FA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or in exceptional circumstances.
31. Full details of the prize and the name of the Prize Draw winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address to: Wembley Weekend Prize Draw, The FA, Wembley Stadium, PO Box 1966, London SW1P 9EQ.
32. If any of these Clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining Clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
33. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
