Old TSB PPI account

I had an account with TSB before it merged with LLoyds. I kept the same account number. I have been trying to get details of a couple of personal loans that I had with TSB. I have got details of my accounts from LLoyds DSAR but they do not go back far enough. What can I do now as I still do not have the loan account details LLoyds require to continue with my claim for misspelling.

Lloyds carry the liability for all old TSB stuff.

If Lloyds do not hold the details (and a DSAR confirms this) and you do not have any details then its game over.

Have you tried ringing the PPI complaint line? I bank with TSB and have recently complained about PPI on my credit card. Although I didn't get a copy of my signed credit agreement with my SAR they still had it on file. Might be worth a call as they could link your loans to your account as it's still open especially if you have an idea of when the loans were taken and also if the repayment came out of the same account.
