I would edit that image to remove your email address from the error message.

So does the pst file that it refers to actually exist?

Well I now someone who was stalked by a serial stalker. Made his life misery including causing him issues at work.
No rhyme or reason, just seemed to pick him at random.
From your FB (I havent looked online, merely put your email in FB)
    I see your real name,wife,kids.friends.
All it takes is some nutter on a forum or the like to start piecing info together.
If you are on other sites a google of an email can bring up loads of info.

for anyone with the same problem i finally sorted it. i just right clicked the pst folder/edit/checked permissions on empty boxes. outlook then opened and i was able to configure.

before i upgraded to win10 from win7 (not clean install) i exported profiles to an outlook files folder. got a feeling that win10 would have automatically picked up settings if i hadn't done that.
