Advice on File

ive got one bad report on my file but i dont know how serious this will be when applying for a mortgage

1 had Late Payments in 2009 up to 5mnths late

from 2010 - 2012 i was in an agreement to pay
from 2012-2013 i met every payment on time and settled in 2013

Any advice please

    You should have mainstream / high street options for mortgages - the main concern will be the Arrangement to Pay, but different lenders have different attitudes on the severity of such arrangements. Best to obtain copies of all 3 agencies reports (Experian, Equifax, Callcredit/Noddle) and engage a good independent whole of market broker who asks to review all 3 of your reports before they do their research prior to making a product recommendation.
