Hi,
My sister received this PCN couple of days ago. She was surprised to get this PCN after being recorded by a stationary car. She didn't drive partly in the other lane intentionally. she thinks this is unfair ticket.
are there any grounds for appeal before proceeding to pay the fine?

Pepipoo as stated is best for this, but she has not been done for going in the wrong lane. Contravention 52JM is "Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle"It seems the street has a prohibition on certain vehicles or at certain times.0
