Legal term idiot - miahparking letter - help!

Found all the abbreviations I needed...thanks for the advice :-) and to the experts my apology for ANOTHER post...I promise I have read every newbie post going!!
Miah are a difficult firm to deal with but as ive ignored letters (wrongly, now I know), continue to ignore letters is what I think I should do until a formal court order is issued?
Just also wondered...my letter refers to parkingeye vs beavis... does this have any influence on what I should do? (This has been been reffered to in threads but says about waiting for the outcome...)
I parked in a closed warehouse car park on a sunday evening while I got a takeout coffee from next door...I was gone perhaps 10minutes at most...the rest of the car park was empty!
Sorry for yet another MIAH drain

No reason to stop ignoring them now, they are just baseless threats. Complain to the SRA about anything misleading in the letters though (like the Beavis mentions), as there's nothing else you can do about them.
If you get actual court papers, then you should respond.0 -
IIMU that UKCPS claim that their tickets are for contractual charges, Beavis was for a breach of contract, so Beavis would not be relevant and if Miah have suggested it is, complain vociferously to the SRA that they are trying to obtain monies by misrepresentation. IIMO that anything touched by Miah is unlikely to get to court.

Sooner or later the SRA may well decide that Miah are damaging the profession.
Also, there is a question mark about v.a.t. Did UKCPS mention it in their paperwork? If not, read these links:

If you suspect tax evasion go here

The more pressure you can put on Miah and the PPC, the better for everyone. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
