If you aren't aiming to recover the money, what's the point of identifying the guilty person? Are you planning to beat them up, or something? The police would soon get involved then.
Unless you report it to the police you cannot prove any fraud. The guilty person can just claim that you gave them the money and you won't be able to prove otherwise.0 -

They have no friends, and my household are the only family that have not disowned. I think ill leave this now as not really a banking forum question anymore x0
