Unable to listen to podcasts on Nokia 620.

I finally decided to get some of them there 'podcasts' I keep hearing about, to listen to whilst running. I started with Woman's Hour (as you do), but my phone tells me "your device is not supported". It's a Nokia 620. I'm not technologically savvy AT ALL, so if anyone could help me out here, and let me know if there's anyway I could access these podcasts??
If there's anything obvious I'm missing here, do excuse me. I also have M.E. and sometimes the brain fog can be quite...foggy :rotfl:
