ESA medical assess, any point going?

Is there any point going to one of these? It seems that no matter what is wrong with you, you will get stitched up and deemed fit to work and will be sent back onto JSA.
Just read of a disabled guy, partially blind, wheelchair bound and terminally ill with cancer has been deemed fit to work and told to sign on.

Many many claimants move on to the main ESA phase with little problem - but you won't hear about them because it's not really newsworthy. Have you looked at the descriptors to see if you fulfil them?0

I went for a medical in 2014 when it was still ATOS, I even failed my appeal.
Signed up for ESA again in Februrary, I went for a new medical in July and was put into the support group on Friday, For anxiety.0 -
I was on JSA, my health issues mean that I am unable to sit for long periods, so couldn't do mandatory courses, I was told to go on ESA so they could help me while taking into account my health issues but from what I read, they just ignore your health issues, say your are fit to work and send you back to the JCP.0

Stop reading stories that a) you don't know the full facts of and b) are irrelevant to your claim. Look at the descriptors and whether you meet them, and think about how you can evidence your situation.0

i had no delays or issues at all with ESA.
i claimed in the June, was awarded in the October and have been moved from the WRAG into the support group and been reassessed twice without needing any further WCA.
the system DOES work in most cases, but they are not reported because they don't cause problems0 -
When you have had the medical, how long before you get a decision?0

It varies from area to area. It can take several weeks.0
