Credit report decrease because of credit card

That is strange if the report states you are "using 2 non-mortgage credit accounts".
There must be another account showing as open on your credit file - does your current bank account appear in the credit account section of your credit report? do the other accounts all show as closed /settled.?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Both of my bank accounts show in the "Other non-revolving credit" section.
