Which part of posts #28 & #30 would you like a more detailed explanation for?0

We don't need an update of these daft letters. You will get letters and we said to ignore anything except a court claim (or LBCCC from Gladstones solicitors).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Hi Dublindel - I have received another letter from UKCPS saying;
Dear X,
DO NOT IGNORE THIS NOTICE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED
We note from our records that you have appealed the above parking charge but you did not exercise your right to appeal to the IAS (independent appeals Service). It is now too late to do so.
This is the final letter before debt recovery action will commence. Failure to pay or make a binding agreement to pay within 14 days of receipt of this letter will automatically lead to recovery action.
?? - what shall I do from here
If you want, you can try:
"Dear xxxx,
I make a binding agreement to pay the requested amount, if and only if, instructed to do so by a judge. Cancel this invoice or issue a compliant LBA"
Which they'll ignore, and set the debt collector letter printers on you.0 -
Sorry, I'm confused?0

Coupon-mad : are you saying I should reply with another letter?
Is so, what do you suggest I write? Or, leave it completely?0 -

Coupon-mad said IGNORE
GUYS DAD referred you to IGNORE posts
I say ignore too
HERZLOS is the one who gave you a reply that they will IGNORE and they will still keep harassing you
the point is that we dont wish to know about the debt letters, only a court claim or an official LBCCC
nobody here cares about the debt letters, so neither should you
either you respond, or you ignore, your decision to make, not ours to make for you0 -
Ok Redx - I shall ignore and won't return here unless I receive a court claim or lbccc.
Thank you all.0 -
Herzlos's letter has the advantage that they cannot then start escalating the costs further in the rare event they try court.Je Suis Cecil.0
